Cosdon Gold

Amber coloured, clear and still. Aroma or raisons dry fruit. Slight toffee flavour with an orange aftertaste.

Cloudy, copper colour, with a fruity aroma, carrying an edge of toffee. Strongly fruity flavour and thick body, with a tangy pomace aftertaste, and slight toffee finish. Certainly drinkable, and quite refreshing, but probably not sessionable, due to the ABV. However, I felt this lacked something; perhaps, a little oak would have raised this above the ordinary.
