Deep golden pour. Light to moderate carbonation. Very nice moderate apple aroma. Complex taste that is tart, astringent and tannic with flavors of apple, earth, and tea standing out initially back by some light citrus (grapefruit). Nice finish with a strong tart apple flavor and a floral hint. Very dry. Reviewed on 04 Jan 2020
