I really wanted to love this due to the combo of apple and cranberry. But it doesn’t have the flavor of either fruit. Let alone the complementary sweet/tart that they impart when together. It’s just slightly sparkly and acidic. There’s not even enough sweet to offset the acid for that to be balanced. Maybe next years batch will be better?
