I think this is one of the better ciders made from dessert apples (Jonagold, Red Delicious, and Golden Delicious), although apparently they also use a small amount of heirloom apples (like Gravenstein or Newtown Pippin, varying by batch). I was surprised to read they used apple juice concentrate though. Nice apple flavor without tasting like juice or being overly sweet. Citrus and honey notes.
