The pour is a clear sparkling light amber. The aroma is a sweet phenolic apple. The taste is a sweet and slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is heavy/full bodied with some astringency but no bitterness or sour. The finish is a slightly acidic sweet apple with some funk at the very end. The low ABV is low, making this very easy to drink. I enjoy it though I tend to drink dry.
