Quite OK Cyser. Clear very pale yellow-gold colour with no head and aroma of honey, flowery, musky, light spice. Taste is honey, floral, mellow apple, grassy, some tartness and bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, drying grassy and slightly tannic finish. 750ml bottle from Sparrowhawk online.
