Dalliance 2012

The aroma of this cider is wonderful. It's a full, rich, long lasting delight. Upon drinking, it's drier than I would have expected, but still retains a nice flavor. It finishes with a bit of bitterness, but it certainly isn't overwhelming.

I found this cider very underwhelming. It smells and tasted like apple juice and not much else...maybe a bit of pineapple, must, and honey. I'm guessing this bottle sat around at the store a long time though...
