Pale, completely clear and very fizzy. Aroma is fresh with hints of apple peel. Crisp, fruity and tangy. Light with some straw and wood. A nice little funk.

Pale golden, with an aroma of straw, wood, and apple skin. Crisp, tangy fruit, with a little tropical fruit in the aftertaste, and some straw and light funk in the finish. Tangy, characterful, and refreshing, with some good complexity. Goes well with a mature cheddar.

500ml bottle from Home Bargains, Darlington, UK. Pours a sparkling golden colour with a white foamy head that quickly dissipates away. Aroma of mellow apple and alittle funk. Taste is fruity apple with apple skins, woody oak, leathery barnyard and drying tannins. Light to medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Nicely drinkable.

i prefer a dry cider and this one is quite high on my list, medium dry, with resonable carbonation.
