Dry

This cider has light yellow hazy pour with medium carbonation and fruit and yeast on the nose. This tastes like champagne but has some funk to it.

Clear pale colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Nice apple aroma with a hint of funk/must. Moderate to strong fresh apple flavor that is wine-like with some hints of melon and white grape. Thin bodied. Light to moderate tartness.

Zero added sugar! Bad Seed is the maker to check out if you want to experience dry ciders. Very mellow vibe at their Highland tap room - we had a great afternoon there and loved the tasting flight of 4 ciders.
