Golden colour, clear and has moderate fizz. Single variety cider from Discovery apples. Funky aroma. Light apple flavour with only hints of melon or grapefruit with some funk. I normally find single variety Discovery ciders pretty nice (I’m just about to have a Nightingales for example) but I’m not getting on so well with this one.
