Elemental Carbon

Had this on draft at 1882 restaurant in Carleton Oregon. Dry, but citrony flavour. Refreshing!

It's the cider on tap right now at my local. Better than most if their usual choices.

I found this to be dry, and very sparkling. Quite similar to Argus Ciderkin. Too dry, tart, and bitter however for my tastes. I mostly tried it as I wanted to give Elemental's non-flavored cider a try (I had their cherry on tap, and their others are pear, acai, pomegranate, etc) since there has been a lot of talk. 2 stars. Update: I tried a newer version of this cider on tap which was a significantly darker hue. It was more semi-sweet than dry, fuller flavored, and generally more likable. I didn't pick up any bitterness, but there was significant tartness & acidity. Much improved! 4 stars.

Bottle conditioned cider, with an ecstatic petillant bubble. Not dry, as the label claims. Too much residual sugar. Refreshing.
