Hazy, light gold, with a grassy aroma. Buttery fruit flavour, with sourness developing in the aftertaste, and a mildly herbal finish. Drinkable enough, but it lacks complexity or much character. Went quite well with a toasted baguette baked with black pepper. Obtained direct from the Big Bear Cider Mill.

Copper coloured, clear and still. Mine is such a different colour to that in the primary picture for this cider. Sweet syrup aroma. Clean apple taste with a hint of hay. Rich and smooth.
