The pour is a slightly carbonated clear pale yellow. The aroma spiced apples. The taste is a semi-sweet spicy apple with a slight tartness. The mouthfeel is is medium bodied and chewy. The finish is spicy apple with a clove/anise/licorice hit that lingers on the first drink. It is exceptional. It has some of the tart and acid notes of a Spanish Sidra but much more apple and fruity than any I’ve ever had before.
