Farmhouse Strawberry

Pale red, and slightly hazy, with an aroma carrying light tones of cider vinegar and a hint of strawberry jam. Sour apple flavour, with a vinegary edge, and strawberry cordial flavour coming through in the aftertaste. It sounds unpromising, but it kind of works, with the sour cider offsetting the sweet strawberry cordial, giving a drink which is neither too sweet nor too sour. Wouldn't be my first choice, but surprisingly drinkable.
