First Fruit

This cider is named due to the use of early season cider apples. It uses Hewe’s Crab, Harrison, and Graniwinkle. It has a lot of acidity, with notes of citrus. The aroma is fruity. It’s mostly still with an occasional bubble rising up. It’s crystal clear, with a nice amber color.

Clear light gold pour. Light fruit aroma. Taste has a mild green apple tartness with just a touch a juicy apple sweetness. It tastes fresh. Can also taste a hint of citrus and funk.
