The combination of higher carbonation, dryness, high acidity & tartness, and only a subtle flavor (honey, citrus, and floral) isn't for me. I found it harsh and mouth-puckering. I guess everything they make is dry or nearly dry (I had been hoping as it is a cyser, apple + honey, it would have a bit of residual sweetness). I haven't really cared for their Dry, Hopped, or Cyser, but my favorite of the three was the Hopped. If you like your cider carbonated, dry, and acidic, this is the one for you.
