Amber-coloured, with a fruity, floral aroma, overlying oak. Unpasteurised, with plentiful, feathery sediment.
Yeasty apple, becoming softly tannic with mild oak, and a hoppy finish.
Nicely complex, and very drinkable, with fresh, fruity tones. Cracking cider!
