Ginger & Lemon

Pale lime-green in colour, with a strong aroma of lemon, with tones of ginger. Strong lemon flavour, well-balanced by the ginger, and the pear keeps it from being sickly sweet. I enjoyed this more than I expected, and this may be quite a pleasant fireside or picnic drink.
