Gold Rush

A blend of English and French apples—Blanc Mollet, Ashmead’s Kernel, Golden Russet and Dabinett. This is a 6.9% ABV golden pour with floral and earthy aromas. It’s a semi-sweet cider, which is surprising to me as I expected it to be more dry. It’s got ample tartness, slightly tannic and bit ofbitterness to it leaving it balanced. Crisp, clean, lightly sparkling and medium-bodied 👍

Tastes a bit like a cellar smells. And I don’t mean that in a bad way. There are some rich flavors in there but it’s just not for me.
