This is a graf (cider + beer hybrid) from a collaboration between Oklahoma Cider Company, Neff Brewing and Michelle (@theBrewBabe). It has a light apple nose with hints of vanilla, nothing overwhelming. Tasting notes include crisp apple with light spices of cinnamon hitting the tongue with an aftertaste of a pastry. It holds somewhat of the malt taste of the beer, but it’s more of a sweet taste than bitter. It’s a well balanced collaboration. The more you drink, the more actual apple fritter taste it takes on.
