The pour is an slightly hazy rose tinted amber with medium to high effervescence. The aroma is sweet and fruity with notes of phenolic farmhouse. The taste is semi-dry fruity (strawberry and currant) with some tartness. The mouthfeel is heavy. The finish is medium acidic and astringent. It is quite good.
