Håkonseple, a traditional old norwegian late harvest apple from the district of Hardanger. Clear bright yellow. smell of pears, baked goods, vanilla and christmas spices without being christmas-y. Sweet taste of plums and caramel, balanced well with sour notes of tropical fruits. Long aftertaste.
