Half Moon

Made from a blend of Dabinett, Redstreak, and Porter's Perfection apples. Golden colour, with a crisp fruit aroma and a suggestion of leather. Soft, mellow fruit flavour, with a hint of skin, developing spice and a touch of wood in the aftertaste. Pleasantly drinkable, and eminently sessionable. Good, rounded cider, though without much complexity. Obtained direct from Somerset Cider Company.

Golden colour, clear and still. This version is 6.5% (up from 4.7%) and the apple varieties have also changed. Now made from Morgan Sweet, Dabinett & Porters Perfection. Fruity and perfumed aroma. Dry apple flavour with straw and a spicy finish.
