The pour is a cloudy highly carbonated yellow. The aroma is sour and yeasty. The taste is a dry tart and sour apple. The mouthfeel is medium and mostly from the carbonation. The finish is long acidic bitter and sour.
Caution: The cider starting overflowing as soon as I opened it. It was very cold so I am expect it either went through a MFL or it fermented some residual sugars. I lost most of the carbonation and it mixed all the sediment at the bottom so it was a cloudy mess.
It’s okay but Not my favorite.
