This is a cider created at Tulip Valley Winery, in Washington. It’s called Harvest Blend. Their cider story is that neighboring farms drop off overage from their local crops ( mostly Honeycrisp and Jonathans), and they create some cider flavours each Fall season by whim. A bottle of their ‘Harvest Blend’ was given to me last November, and yesterday I popped it open with a friend. It’s a delicious, crisp tasting, semi dry. A great feat to preserve so much flavour in a dry cider! Tastes like an english style with low carbonation, and is a lovely slightly hazy, pale yellow colour. Highly recommend.
