Pours a pale yellow. It has an interesting aroma. It reminds me of apple juice that has been stored in a tin can for a few years. It has a tin aroma to it, but it’s interesting. This is a dry cider with tartness and sourness. Overall I like this one.

So new to this, but 750ml from the Wild Hare Cabin in Leesburg. Very clean pour with little head. Initial carbonation subsided quickly to light effervescence. Faint scent of sweet fresh apples that had a very clean and crisp taste. Dry finish on the palate with little lingering aftertaste. Very nice, very dry, will be a regular!

Slightly cloudy light gold pour. Moderate carbonation. Strong apple aroma. Bold and crisp apple taste that has nice tannins and is moderately tart with some funk and barnyard elements. Moderate acidity. Light to moderate body. Dry.
