Heart of the Valley

For a sweet cider I quite like this. It’s a very clean taste and strong fruit taste. What makes this one special is that it’s harvested from unwanted fruit around Salem, OR that would otherwise have gone to waste. The proceeds benefit the Salem Boys and Girls Club making this a very hip passion cider.

Cider blend made of Salem, Oregon “community fruit blend” of apples and pears. Pear flavor comes through. ABV 5.75%. Light straw color, semi-dry.
