Heirloom Field Blend

Pale yellow pour, with a nice initial aroma that fades too quickly. It’s a nice, but strong barrel aged cider, hitting 7.2% ABV. It’s got a good body from their apple selection, and the aging finishes it off nicely. There is some natural fermentation in the making of this cider according to the label, but there is very little sourness or funkiness that is common in naturally fermented ciders.
