Hand crafted sparkling cider produced by Frederic Goussin and his family. The hundred year old orchard was planted in 1900 and lies between the border of Champagne and Burgundy in the "Othe" forest. The Goussin family are respectful farmers using no chemicals. Hand harvested, more then 13 ancient apple varieties are used to make the cider, apples all of local origin.
