Hiver is a well established brewery who seem to be testing the water in the cider world.
This cider has no added sugar but instead it's been sweetened with natural honey from local sources.
The pour has a light yellow in colour with a very fizzy carbonation (maybe because it's from a can?)
I'm my opinion (I'm no professional)
I think this has potential with a few tweeks.
It seems a bit weak and watery with a slight tang but not much flavour, and the fizz in the mouth is just too much for me.
This is not really for me but glad I tried it.
