Made from a blend of Honeycrisp, Gala, & Newtown Pippin apples, pressed by Tieton for Adam's Apple. This is a very pale yellow cider, with hints of honey and hops in the fruity aroma. Quite sweet, and lives up to its name with the deeply-honeyed tones from the Honeycrisp apples. Very drinkable, if slightly sweet for my palate, but would recommend to those who like a sweeter cider, and would make a really nice after-dinner drink. Obtained direct from Adam's Apple.
