Honey Sage

4:21pm Friday after work just outside of Hayward, CA, my glass is filled with a faint golden color, a sweet fermented scent (almost exotic, like a tiki cocktail) lingers around the rim, an effervesce fills one’s mouth with the first drink, followed by a brief tart-sweet flavor. The honey-sage combination is a winner! 🍎🍯
