Fresh, grassy aroma followed by a brisk, hoppy flavor. We did not find a lot of apple taste but liked this nonetheless - a light, refreshing cider.

Cloudy yellow-gold pour. Moderate carbonation. Moderate to strong aroma of apples, grapefruit and floral hops. Nice moderately tart and slightly bitter apple flavor backed by some juicy grapefruit and a hint of rind. Medium bodied. Dry. Moderate lingering juicy citrus flavor.
