Note this is different than their "How Do You Like Them Little Apples", which is more widely distributed, slightly sweeter, and 6.9% instead of 13.5% ABV. Both are draft-only. Tried at Cider Summit Seattle 2015. Cider with honey and brown sugar, aged at least 3 months in Jim Beam bourbon barrels they used for their Last Apple mead. Compared to "Little Apples", I found this slightly sweeter, having more barrel flavor, and obviously more boozy. Very tasty! Definitely sweet and syrupy, but it has a lovely rich barrel flavor too. I've been really impressed with everything I'd had from Moonlight (3 ciders, 1 cyser, and 1 mead so far). Look for them at the Schilling Cider House in the Seattle WA area. Update: I got a canned version of this one. The first time I had it was pretty ok, not as good as draft but nice. After it sat around for longer, it was starting to get a vinegar flavor, same as the "Little Apples". I think they are having a canning issue.

This would make a nice salad dressing. A bit too astringent and vinegary. Would prefer to eat than drink

Nicely spicy. Like a good herb garden.
