Light yellow, lightly carbonated dry apple wine. More dry than I normally drink but enjoyable because it isn't bitter on my tongue. The roadside stop in Hye on our way to Fredericksburg TX was a highlight of our roadtrip- highly recommend if you are in the Hill Country
