This one is close to perfect; it’s clean appearance belies the nice fruity aroma as you raise the glass. It’s the perfect level of dry and lets the tartness of the apples be the foundation upon which the berry flavor sits. It ends with a floral taste that mixes seamlessly with the fruit. I’d order this 10/10 times if I saw it on a menu.
