Comes in a draw-cork 375 ml bottle. Made from 17 varieties of apple, of old and new varieties, from both the north and south of Sweden. Rich amber colour, with an aroma combining fruit, skin, and a musky tone. Silky, smooth, and honeyed, but also with piquant fruit flavours, becoming almost peppery in the aftertaste, with an alcohol burn and strong skin in the finish. Moreish, with an interesting flavour profile, and subtle complexity. A fireside sipping drink, a digestif, or possibly an aperitif over ice.
