Very cloudy yellow colour, reminiscent of grapefruit juice, with a fresh-pressed apple aroma.
Apple juice, with an obvious alcohol edge, becoming slightly tannic and woody in the aftertaste, and with strong citrus tones in the finish.
Quite refreshing, if you can handle the acidity. Quite unlike anything I've had before!
