Dry cider made from B.C. dessert apples. Very mild flavor, of green apple, lemon, and a hint of pineapple.

A decent dry BC cider. Very mild, short finish. Slightly tart, but no real prominent characteristics to write home about. Likely a good intro to dry cider for those used to sweeter samplings, as the finish is gentle and slightly off dry.
