Hush Heath is predominantly a vineyard, and this cider is made from their own Cox, Bramley, and Russet apples. Comes in a 330 ml bottle.
Pale yellow in colour, with a fruity aroma, carrying tones of apple skin and meadow grass.
Initially sharp, fruity flavour, developing a somewhat sour aftertaste, and a white wine quality in the finish.
Perfectly adequate, if unexceptional, cider.
