Nice lemony taste up front. There is another taste, which must the winter melon, a gourd used in Chinese and other Asian cuisines. It gives this cider a unique taste. The cider has noticeable bitterness without adding astringency, and the only downside for me was a lingering aftertaste that I didn't enjoy much.
