Just Cider

The pour is a clear gold with light effervescence. The aroma is sour and yeasty (reminded me of a beer). The taste is a dry tart and slightly sour apple. The mouthfeel is light and slightly bitter and astringent. The finish is a light acidic apple. It’s a good tart dry cider.
