This is the choice of discerning "street drinkers" in Edinburgh. I approached it with some trepidation, but it wasn't as bad as I feared it might be.
Amber-coloured, with a pungent aroma of apple candy and an alcohol burn.
Surprisingly little flavour, with some fruit, and hints of caramel and liquorice. Slightly bitter, chemical aftertaste.
Drunk mainly for its alcohol content, I could drink it if necessary, but suspect it would give one helluva hangover.
