This is a small batch keeved cider slowly fermented and all completely natural.
It's a medium sweet, slightly sparkling cider with flavours of honey and toffee with slight undertones of orange.
It's very natural and unfiltered so some sediment is present which adds to its character.
A nice cider with some astringency and a lingering after taste.
