Update 05/08/23 And here we are again with another iteration. Amber coloured, clear and still. Strong funky aroma. Rich, dry, earty and astringent. A touch of funk. Update 26/06/20. I’ve had another from a different purchase and the colour is golden and it’s fairly clear. Taste profile is the same. Original review 05/06/20 Dark ruby colour, moderately hazy and still. Single variety cider. Strong apple aroma with brandy and farmyard. Flavour is earthy with lots of funk. Dry, rich, astringent and tannic.
