Xaico (pronounced as psycho) award winning Kiwi Herman is a 6.7% ABV cider. It’s a deep golden, slight sparkling pour. With strong aromas of kiwi and lime, you’d assume this cider to be sweet, but this is actually a semi-dry to dry cider with a bit of sourness, which I LOVE! On first sip, the lime hit first, but after, the kiwi came out on top with a lime aftertaste. I like that the cider maker, Tobin, doesn’t use additional sugars in his ciders, making them low-sugar as the flavor comes straight from the fruits.
