Excellent triad. cidre with a good brett nose. Dry enough to use as a savoury food accompaniment, with enough body (leather, tobacco, vanilla) to accompany stronger foods. Good balance of tartness, freshness, astringency and mild bitter after taste make this stand out as a very affordable import in the US market.
