Last Call – Volume 3 delivers a nicely balanced take on a fruit cider, showcasing bright orchard character without tipping too far into sweetness. The aroma opens with fresh apple and subtle secondary fruit notes, followed by a crisp, lightly tart palate that feels clean and refreshing. A small batch, fruit infused cider, there’s a noticeable craftsmanship here—likely influenced by the cidery’s wine-style fermentation approach—which gives it a bit more structure and depth than your average flavored cider. The finish is dry with just enough lingering fruit and funk to keep things interesting, making it very drinkable. It doesn’t quite reach standout complexity or boldness (which would push it into 5 Star territory), but it’s a highly enjoyable, well-executed cider that feels both approachable and thoughtfully made.
