Made from a blend of 7 varieties of traditional cider apples. It has a mild toffee apple aroma, which is reflected in the initial taste, though it is drier and more complex than that implies. The dryness asserts itself in the aftertaste, along with some tannin, and lingers on the palate.
Enjoyable, good quality cider, typical of its area, from an interesting, traditional cidery.
