Comes in a 750 ml bottle. Small batch, pressed from Discovery apples, in collaboration with Edinburgh's Vault City Brewing, using wild yeasts and sour brewing cultures, and matured in a Rioja barrel over 13 months.
Amber-rose colour, with a smoky oak aroma.
Floral fruit, with a strong, smoky edge, and developing oak and rich tannins in the aftertaste.
Love this! Has everything I look for in cider; mellow fruit, oak, rich tannins, and a touch of smoke. Absolutely perfect with an Isle of Mull cheddar and oatcakes.
